Claim filing and follow-up experience. Medicare Secondary filing. Data Entry and general office skills.
Experienced LPN to assist physician in administering patient care and clerical support. Certificate from accredited LPN program required. Experience in Internal Medicine preferred. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Experienced Medical Assistant to assist physician with patient care in a clinical setting. Certificate from accredited school of nursing required. Experience in Internal Medicine preferred. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
Insurance experience with ICD9 and CPT coding skills. Works with the providers, medical support staff, insurance and collections departments to resolve coding/compliance issues and associated problems. Performs audits/reviews of medical record documentation to assure accurate coding. Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Front line person. Medical experience preferred. Computer scheduling, patient account building, cashiering. Strong telephone and verbal communication skills. Must be multi-tasked oriented and neat in appearance.
Pull charts in centralized medical records department. Respond to all medical record related requests from physicians and other pertinent departments. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Performs and records visual acuities, color vision, stereopsis test, IOP-NCT, auto refractometer readings, Snelling chart, Pachymetry, topography, visual fields, Fundus photography/angiograms, IOL Master/A-Scan/B-Scan, Lensometer. Schedules surgeries, pre-ops, MRIs, CTs, Lab and appointments. Obtains patient history and charts procedures for medical records. Experience preferred.
Assist physicians and staff with the daily coordination of chemo patient care to facilitate patient care and physician access. Certificate from an accredited school of nursing required and chemo certification required. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Registered Nurse to assist physician in clinical setting. Full time position, hours are M/F, 8 to 5.
