Meet Your Doctor

Dr. Springmeyer began his practice in Orthopaedic surgery in Shreveport in 1984. He joined the Highland Clinic Orthopaedic Department in 1993. Board Certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, he also holds membership in American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Arthroscopy Association of North America.

He maintains an active general Orthopaedic practice with a special interest in Arthroscopy of the Knee and Shoulder, as well as Knee Joint Replacement.

Dr. Springmeyer serves as team physicians for the following schools: Captain Shreve High School, Evangel High School, Haughton High School, Loyola College Prep, North DeSoto High School and Parkway High School.

Patient visits are by appointment.
