Dr. Hunt was born in Haynesville, LA.. He is a 1969 graduate of Louisiana State University Medical School where he completed his Internship and Residency. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. After serving four years in the military, Dr. Hunt began his practice at Highland Clinic in 1975.
He has a well-established practice with the philosophy that patients deserve the best care he can provide. His staff is an example of this philosophy. He admits patients to Christus Highland and is a provider for most insurance plans.
Dr. Hunt is married, has three children and is a proud grandfather.
