Dr. Webb completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery in 1988 at LSU Medical Center is Shreveport. He joined Highland Clinic Orthopaedic Department the same year. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Shreveport and Louisiana State Medical Society, American Medical Association, Arthroscopy Association of North American and Louisiana Sports Medicine Society.
Dr. Webb manages a practice that includes a full range of orthopaedic services for all ages. This is includes diagnosis, treatment and surgery of disorders of bones, joints and muscles. Dr. Webb performs artheroscopic repairs of injuries to shoulders, elbows, wrist, knees, and ankles. Repairs include rotator cuff tears and instability of the shoulder, meniscal tears and major ligament injures of the knee. he also performs joint replacements for the shoulder, hip, and knee. He has a special interest in sports medicine. Dr. Webb and his partners serve as team doctors for many of the area high school and college teams.
The orthopaedic department is equipped to manage a full range of orthopaedic needs. Dr. Webb's department is also equipped with an x-ray department and physical therapy is available in the same building for the convenience of the patient.
Dr. Webb travels routinely to Springhill, La. to provide orthopaedic needs for the people in that area.
Patients are seen by appointment. Some insurance companies require a referral and the patient should secure this before an appointment is made. Dr. Webb admits patients to Christus Schumpert and Willis Knighton hospitals.
