Medical/office supply delivery to physician's offices on campus and offsite. Lifting up to 80 pounds required. Patients transported by wheelchair to hospital facility. Fulltime position - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Payment Poster - Full Time

Daily posts, corrects and applies patient and insurance payments including all bill types and corresponding contractual adjustments to patient accounts. Corrects and posts debit/credit adjustments of misapplied payments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of accounts. Must be able to accurately read the insurance Explanation of Benefits. Must be able to operate a 10 key. Experience preferred.

Pharmacy Tech - Natichitoches

The applicant will practice under the direct supervision of the pharmacist and must possess the basic knowledge and skill applicable to clerical duties, including ability to type and familiarity with computers. The Pharmacy Technician will assist the pharmacists in processing medication orders for all the patients. Great attention to detail is a necessary quality. Requirements: Must have at least 2 years experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Displays genuine care and empathy in all interactions, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The applicant must possess a current Louisiana Board of Pharmacy certificate to practice in the state of LA or a current work certificate to practice as a technician candidate by the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.

Physician Assistant - Neurology

JOB SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients under the direction of a physician. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Follows established nursing standards, procedures and practices, and gives patient care directions to nursing and other staff. • Evaluates outcomes of direct patient care and consults with other specialists as required. • Adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care. • Arranges for patients' ordered diagnostic and therapeutic services. • Monitors and ensures accuracy of recording on patient medical records. • Provides preventative health care services to long-term patients and arranges consultations and referrals. • Performs physical exams, and may prescribe and recommend treatment and drugs. • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.• Ability to maintain quality control standards.• Interprets the results of certain diagnostic tests such as x-rays, images, scans, etc.• Maintains all employee, clinic and patient confidentiality. • Other duties as assigned by the physician.  QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting plus two years of nurse practitioner experience. EDUCATION: • Master's Degree and certification as a Nurse Practitioner required.

Physician Assistant - Oncology

Graduate of AMA accredited physician assistant program. Current state PA license, certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. At least one year of experience required.

Purchasing Clerk

Experience in purchasing office supplies and printing. Experience with MAS90 preferred. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Radiology Tech (PRN)

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for taking x-ray exams and related duties.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Prepares patients for radiologic procedures.  Takes x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety. 2. Uses a variety of radiation protection and shielding materials. 3. Logs radiologic procedures completed.  Processes related paperwork using computer equipment as directed. 4. Maintains examination rooms.  Stocks necessary medical and radiologic supplies. 5. Develops and processes radiologic film.  Delivers, picks up and returns film. EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited x-ray technician program. EXPERIENCE:  Minimum of one year customer service experience, preferably in health care setting. REQUIREMENTS:  Current Louisiana State Radiology Technician License.  Current CPR certification.  American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration preferred.

Receptionist - (Part-Time) Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Minimum 2-4 years of medical office experience; Knowledge of McKesson Practice Management software preferred. Advanced PC skills. General understanding of billing and coding. Overall knowledge and basic understanding of clinical operations a plus Ability to collect, organize, report on and maintain data, as well as establish and maintain records Work conditions (solo, team work, hours, travel, structure) 8am to 12pm Monday – Friday.
