JOB SUMMARY: The Insurance Analyst is responsible for researching and resolving outstanding medical claims and documenting their progress throughout the life of the claims until it can be re-filed. This position involves both customer service and medical billing/coding aspects. Insurance Manager

Position Description: The Insurance Collections Manager is responsible for managing the activities associated with third party physician billing and collections. This position must support, oversee, and manage the performance and productivity of the team as it relates to AR management, providing continual feedback and guidance to the team. The Manager is the recipient of all escalated and trended issues and is responsible for resolving and/or taking appropriate action on all escalated issues. The Manager must have proven leadership and motivational skills to guide the team to optimal performance. The Manager is held accountable for managing a low receivable by ensuring the team consistently follows-up on billed and denied accounts to ensure timely payment. Duties and Responsibilities: Manages the team's ability to maximize collection dollars from all payors in accordance with the respective contract and physician financial arrangement. IT Application Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Provide support for application issues identified internally and/or by external vendors. Monitor automated processes to insure successful completion. Provide problem analysis, problem solving, and problem resolution in addition to technical application support. Full-Time Position Initial phone or email contact person for first level corrective involving computer workstation hardware and software problems. Responsible for tracking and documenting issues and their solutions, troubleshooting and researching problems for internal or external sites. Medical Office Coder

Insurance experience with ICD–10 and CPT coding skills. Works with the providers, medical support staff, insurance and collections departments to resolve coding/compliance issues and associated problems.
